turn into a vampire!

Posted on the March 1st, 2007 under fun by rayland

Vampires are mythological or folkloric creatures believed to be the re-animated corpses of human beings who subsist on human or animal blood. In folklore, the term usually refers to the blood-drinking humans of Eastern European legends.

The characteristics of vampires vary widely between these different traditions. Some cultures also have stories of non-human vampires, including real animals such as bats, dogs, spiders, and mythical creatures such as the chupacabra.

But, have you ever wondered how to become one? Or did you ever want to be a vampire? Well, actually you can, in an online game that is… The game is called MonstersGame and is the war between Werewolves and Vampires…

For thousands of years a merciless war has raged between the werewolves and the vampires. This is not just a war over hunting territories, this is the ultimate battle to decide who will rule the world! The war between the werewolves and vampires has also spread to the internet, you too have the chance to join one of the warring parties, perhaps tipping the balance in favour of your chosen race!

So, are you ready to join my army in this battle? If so, don’t hesitate to click on the image below..

Windows XP Administrator Account Password Reset

Posted on the February 4th, 2007 under techie by rayland

There comes a time when we forget things. But, what if that thing that we forget happens to be the Administrator password on the computer? Well, if you are running Windows XP, then there is an easy way to reset the password.

Here’s How:

1. press the START button then press RUN.

2. type in “CMD” (without the quotes) and hit ok. A command prompt window will open.

3. at the command prompt, type in
net user administrator /random” (without the quotes)
and press enter.

4. command prompt will then give you a new password for your administrator account. Just don’t forget to jot it down.

And that’s it!!

The Taskbar Shuffle

Posted on the January 29th, 2007 under software by rayland

I came upon this great tool that I believe should be built in with Microsoft Windows. It’s called The Taskbar Shuffle. Well, the name itself is self explanatory.

No hotkey, no extra steps, rearrange the programs on your Windows taskbar by simply… well, dragging and dropping them! Neat concept, huh?No need to get all nervous when a program crashes or if you wanna reboot; you can reorder the programs/buttons on your taskbar exactly how you like.

Neat Right? LOL! Get the program now. It’s FREE!! No spyware either.

hey WINDOWS! LINUX has that too…

Posted on the January 18th, 2007 under software, techie by rayland

Many people are hesitant to switch to a Linux OS platform.. They say that the programs are limited and there are no equivalents for the basic everyday programs that are found on the Windows platform..

I agree that the selection of programs is limited. What do you expect? It is open source.. But having no equivalents, I’m afraid that is not true..

There is a project called “The Linux Equivalent Project“. Their site gives a long list of programs available for the Linux platform. When you look at the list, you would see two columns.. The left column is the “Windows Software” and the right column is the “Linux Equivalent/Alternative”. And the good thing is, they’re free!! Some of the software also run on the Windows platform.

You might want to check them out at the The Linux Equivalent Project website.

Have You Heard of the Toy ?

Posted on the January 16th, 2007 under fun,the web by rayland

I was surfing the web today and i came upon this site that sells independent vibrators for cellphones.. Then I thought to myself, why would you need another vibrator when most phones are already equipped with one?

I got interested and started reading what it was all about, and that’s when i realized that this wasn’t any ordinary vibrator, but rather a “VIBRATOR”. I think you know what i mean… LOL

It is called THE TOY. It connects to the phone via Bluetooth, and since it is “hidden”, then surely no one would know you have it unless you become obvious. The Toy has a lot more features that i’ll just let you discover from their site.. I wonder how strong it vibrates.. and when will they have a device like that for the guys? LOL
