Optimizing your CSS with CSSTidy

Written on August 12, 2008 – 11:37 pm | by rayland |

CSSTidy is an opensource CSS parser and optimiser. Optimizing your CSS decreases the output file size and also allows for faster page loading. Faster page load equals saved bandwidth! CSSTidy allows you to chose the compression type you want to use to optimise your css. From Low compression with high readability, to Highest compression with no readability yet the smallest output size. There are also other options which you may chose from.

I have installed version 1.3 of CSSTidy onto my server so if you want to use it or just try it out, hurry up and go to http://www.raylanddelosreyes.com/csstidy/
