This blog has jumped from PR0 to PR4 and that, my friends, makes me really happy.. 8) I just hope that it’s final!

How about you? Did you see an increase in you PageRank? Decrease maybe?  :?:

Demonoid is now back online!

Saturday, April 12th, 2008 |

Demonoid.com - A Bit Torrent communityThe long wait is over! Demonoid is back online.. It has been months since the the BitTorrent tracker site has been online due to legal battles. As promised, the site has been brought back in the same state as when it was brought down. If you were already a member before it was brought down, then you can still login with the same info you had before.

Sad to say though, Deimos stepped down from being the administrator for personal reasons. He will surely be missed by the community. :( He did, however, leave the site in the hands of a close friend of his, Umlauf.

I am very happy that Demonoid is back! I’d also like to wish the Demonoid team good luck and more power to what the future may bring! :D

3 2*2*2 8ec
4 2*2*2*2 16ec

Tuesday, March 11th, 2008 |

is it just me or has meridiantelekoms.com been defaced by some malicious type search engine? :?: i am fond of using firefox’s address bar as my search bar. using it usually directs me to Google results or the site itself. it still works for multiple keyword queries, but i noticed when i use only one word, it redirects me to some search engine type page..

Flash Element TD 230k

Final Score

Recently i have been trying out some strategies to get high scores in Flash Element TD. So far my personal best is 230,453. Not bad eh? I only used the cannons, air towers (during air levels) and only used the wood for raising the interest. I also took a snapshot what my cannon placing looked like for the last level and a snap shot of the high scores page.

Paypal now allows withdrawal to Philippine banks

Monday, January 28th, 2008 |

PinoyMoneyTalk has given word that PayPal started allowing users in the Philippines to withdraw funds to local bank accounts. To do this, you first have to attach a bank account to your PayPal account. You also need the bank code in order to successfully attach your bank account. PinoyMoneyTalk currently has a partial list here. Good thing the bank code for BPI is there.. i might go ahead and try this.. this would actually be better than using eon to withdraw the funds since there is no charge for transactions which exceed 7000 pesos.

is this the end of demonoid?

Saturday, November 10th, 2007 |

i was going about my daily web routine when suddenly a rather empty looking page caught my attention. it was demonoid! when you open the site you are greeted with text stating :

The CRIA threatened the company renting the servers to us, and because of this it is not possible to keep the site online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

The CRIA tried to shut down demonoid not so long ago but instead ended up just restricting access to Canadian residents. But now it seems that demonoid will be gone for a while. I’m pretty sure their ISP doesn’t want any trouble.

adsense with rounded corners !!!

Friday, June 29th, 2007 |

Adsense ads are now available with rounded corners.. The Adsense team has released a post entitled “We go round and round” which gives light to this new feature.

This new option is part of our ongoing effort to improve the look and feel of our ads. We’re also working to give you even more choices to customize your ad formats while maximizing revenue and user satisfaction. We hope you enjoy the new corner options, whether you choose to go edgy or bubbly.

i think they’re pretty neat. at least we’ve got more options to choose from… the rounded corners do seem a bit more appealing… tsk tsk tsk….
